Well, I got over my feeling of total inadequacy after reading the blue cheese turkey burger post. And decided to keep with the lasagna theme.
Potato lasagna is yummy. It’s kinda like scalloped potatoes but better. It’s tastier, creamier and more interesting.
On with the show:
First you need to slice up 3lbs of potatoes. You need to make them pretty thin and small so it takes awhile
Next you mix up the Alfredo and Milk cheese sauce and add some to the bottom of the pan:
Then you mix up the broccoli, swiss and turkey:
Then you basically layer it like lasagna and pour the rest of the Alfredo/Milk mixture over the whole thing and it’s ready to bake!
It bakes awhile and then you serve it! It’s delish!
